Middle Class Scholarship By UC San Diego

The University of California at San Diego Middle Class Scholarship (MCSS) program is available to California residents who are currently enrolled as undergraduates. The program offers students with family incomes between $80,000 and $184,000 (depending on where the student lives) and who have assets of $184,000 or less a 40 percent award toward their undergraduate tuition.

This program is for full-time undergraduate students who are registered in the fall 2016 semester. The cost of attendance after financial aid, scholarships, awards, etc., must be at least $14,500.  A huge portion of the tuition fee is covered by the scholarship and takes away a big chunk of your educational expenses.  Around 75% of the seats are reserved for California residents, and the remaining 25% of the seats are reserved for non-residents from out of state.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program is awarding one of the most prestigious scholarships in the country for high school seniors that are about to finish their Graduation and begin College. The Coca-Cola Scholarship requires you to demonstrate your leadership qualities, abilities in serving people, commitment towards philanthropic activities, and capacity in working in the advocacy of Women’s rights.

Ron Brown Scholarship

The Ron Brown Scholarship is awarded every year to deserving graduating high school seniors with superior records of extracurricular achievement that indicate leadership potential. Applicants must be African American, permanent U.S. residents or citizens, attend an accredited four-year college in the United States, and exhibit outstanding leadership potential in any facet of life.
